How to Buy Online

Buying through the Ernest Charles site is very simple, but just in case you need a helping hand we have put together a step-by-step guide:

1.) Find the product(s) you require by using our quick-find navigation at the top or left hand side of the page.

2.) To view a larger product image and more information about each product, simply click on the thumbnail image, or select the 'More info' link.

3.) Once you have found the product you require, simply select the 'Add to Basket' icon at the bottom of the product description.

4.) You will now be taken to your shopping basket. From here you will be able to review the contents of your basket and have the option to remove items or continue shopping to add more items to your basket.

4.1.) If you choose to continue shopping and want to review your shopping basket at any stage, simply select the 'Basket' link at the very top right of the page.

5.) When you are happy with the contents of your shopping basket, simply select the 'Checkout Now' button.

6.) You will now be prompted to enter your delivery & billing details. Please ensure you enter these details carefully and specify a valid email address. To proceed, select the 'Next' command.

7.) Next, you will be prompted to select your delivery location and accept our terms & conditions. You will also be prompted to enter a coupon code to receive a discount, should you have one available. To proceed, select the 'Next' command.

8.) You will now be asked to confirm your order details. Please take this opportunity to ensure that all your details are correct. If you need to change any of your order details, you can select the 'Change' command next to the information you need to change. To proceed, select the 'Next' command.

9.) The final stage is to enter your card details in order to successfully pay for your products.
To do this you will redirected to Sage Pay, which is the secure payment provider we use.

10.) If your payment is successful you will be redirected back to the Ernest Charles site and will be sent an email confirmation to confirm your order.

11.) You have now successfully placed an order through Ernest Charles and your product(s) will arrive at your delivery address shortly.
